Learning outcomes
The course deals with: the design in the building process; the relationship between technological innovation and architectural expression in significant works of contemporary architecture; the quality of the building organism; the methods and techniques of aided architectural design; in the tutorials the students face the design of a building structure using industrialized systems.

Program
Management and planning in construction, preparation of documents in the final design according to existing regulations. Analyzes the necessary documents in support of the project, their content and performing exercises on their preparation. Elements of management of construction: engineering methods and management. Through the study of the most common management techniques of management, coding and analysis of complex analyzes the processes of design, construction and management. Through case studies considerable propose technical solutions reasoned judgments about the executive problematice creating a critical awareness and conscious in the student. By the use of calculation codes occur performance DEII different technical solutions, so that the student take operational capacity of redactions of documents containing technical specifications with performance approach. Cost analysis of buildings. Ability to perform the analysis of prices and costs of the architecture. Introduction to the geometry of the costs. Methods for the determination of the cost in the different levels of design. The use of commodity price lists.
