Knowledge and understanding of the tools necessary for the design of analog CMOS integrated circuits.
Program
Semiconductor Manufacturing and Process Control. Semiconductor technology. Statistical process control; Process Modeling; Design of Analog Integrated circuits; Single stage amplifiers; Operational amplifiers; Bandgap references; Design of Analog filters; Introduction to switched-capacitor circuits; Nonlinearity and mismatch.

LEARNING EVALUATION METHODSoral examination
LEARNING EVALUATION CRITERIATo pass the exam the student will show to know all the metodologies and techniques for designing CMOS integrated analog circuits.
LEARNING MEASUREMENT CRITERIAA score in the range 18-30 will be given as a final grade.
FINAL MARK ALLOCATION CRITERIAThe oral examination will be focused on questions concerning the course topics and the discussion of a specific design with refernece to the approach used and the results obtained.
